Mazen is responsible for various sales and use tax compliance tasks such as: EDI Filing, Vertex PDF Return Printing, Audit Ready File Generation and TriloConnect population. Prior to joining Tax Trilogy, Mazen was an Operations Manager at Atrium Café, where he managed daily tasks such as opening and closing the restaurant, organizing work schedules, as well as weekly payroll, monthly inventory and accounting.
Rachel is responsible for overseeing property tax compliance for clients. She has extensive experience in fixed asset data analysis, return compliance and review, assessment review and appeal, abatement and exemption filings, asset inventory studies and audit defense. In addition, she was part of the team that collaborated with the Michigan State Tax Commission to develop the Michigan Automotive Manufacturing
Equipment Personal Property Report (MI Form 4798). Prior to joining Tax Trilogy, Rachel was with Ryan, Inc./JohnBernard, LLC and Arthur Anderson, LLP where she gained experience on audit defense, data analysis, return compliance and review as well as in income tax and property tax.
Keith is responsible for the management of all indirect tax compliance engagements and implementations. He has spearheaded numerous innovative, yet practical tax savings solutions that have significantly added to our clients' bottom line. He's technologically savvy and has developed reconciliation and reporting tools that facilitate the end-to-end compliance process; as well as providing comprehensive
audit support. Prior to joining Tax Trilogy, Keith held indirect tax positions with Corporate Tax Consultants (now operating as ACLR, LLC) and Ryan where he gained experience with various aspects of indirect tax including: business activity taxation, utility studies, and return preparation and filing.
Nancy is the driving force behind Tax Trilogy with over 21 years of transaction tax experience in various capacities including: accounting, audit, compliance, and planning. She takes pride in her team of professionals, which includes former tax directors and managers from Dow 30 corporations and Big 4 consulting firms. She is committed to fostering an environment where innovative solutions, bottom line
savings and exceptional client service are paramount to the firm's corporate culture and mission statement. Prior to launching Tax Trilogy, Nancy spent over 29 years with Ford Motor Company, holding various positions in the accounting & finance, taxation and corporate governance departments.
Adam is responsible for driving efficiencies and generating bottom line savings for clients through process improvement projects, tax recovery/savings initiatives, and deployment of an integrated approach to the indirect tax services provided by Trilogy. He has experience and depth of knowledge in front-end accrual and billing processes, return compliance functions, tax accounting procedures, and audit support.
Prior to joining Tax Trilogy, Adam was an on-site contract employee at Ford Motor Company, where he gained experience with PeopleSoft and SAP enterprise software, Vertex software products, mainframe systems, and other digital assets utilized to support various business operations.
Linda is responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the business as well as overseeing the production and mailing of all indirect tax filings. In addition, she directly supports the CEO and COO in various capacities. She possesses extensive experience in dealing with personnel matters as well as different accounting and finance functions, including project budgeting and event planning. Prior to joining
Tax Trilogy, Linda was with Ford Motor Company for over 35 years holding various positions in the purchasing, investment analysis, accounting, and finance departments.
Thomas is responsible for monthly indirect tax compliance operations for several clients. These responsibilities include data formatting, return preparation, electronic filings and payments as well as Canadian Commodity Tax compliance. He is also responsible for the annual reporting and business licensing function in addition to the maintenance of all sales tax licenses. Prior to joining Tax Trilogy,
Thomas worked for the City of Sterling Heights and the Charter Township of Clinton in various departments where he headed up projects that focused on streamlining and cost-savings through process solutions and technology.
